During my Xmas stay, I enjoyed the fact that the room was bigger than expected and it had a clean and comfortable bed. The friendly staff made me feel welcome too. The location was great, as it was close to restaurants and a park by the river, which was a nice place to hang out. Plus, the elevator was available to help with heavy luggage.
There were a few negative aspects that I didn't enjoy. The breakfast had a limited choice and the bread and cornflakes were bland.

The location of this hotel is exceptional with easy access to all major attractions and the river, yet nestled away in a quiet lane. the rooms, bathroom, and service are amazing. Facilities include a clean and comfortable bed, well-functioning AC, and balcony. the rooftop terrace offers stunning views and breakfast is decent.
The language barrier with the staff makes it difficult to communicate requests and concerns.
